1. Introduction

By entering this competition (the "Competition"), you agree to be bound by these Terms &, Conditions. This Competition is operated by Eryn ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). 

2. Competition Period

The competition runs from Saturday 1st March 2025 to 11:59 PM on Monday 31st March 2025. Entries submitted outside of this period will not be considered.

3. How to Enter

To enter the competition, you must:

1. Follow us on Instagram @eryn.fragrances

2. Leave a comment under the official giveaway post stating which habit you are going to start building during March 2025 and tag at least one of your friends in the comment.

4. Eligibility

• This Competition is open to UK residents aged 18 or over only.

• Employees, agents, or affiliates of Eryn and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.

• Only one entry per person is permitted. Additional entries will not be counted.

5. Prizes

There will be 1 winner who will receive all three of our candles from drop 1 including:

• A La Serra scented candle, 220g
• A Figue scented candle, 220g
• A Fireside Flowers scented candle, 220g

Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and no cash alternative will be provided. If a prize is damaged, lost, or stolen, Eryn is not responsible for providing a replacement or any monetary compensation.

6. Winner Selection & Notification

• Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries.
• Winners will be announced via Instagram Direct Message within 5 working days of the competition closing date.
• If a winner does not respond within 48 hours, they forfeit their prize, and another winner may be selected.

 7. Delivery of Prizes

• Prizes will be sent via post.
• Eryn is not responsible for any delays, damages, or non-delivery once the prize has been dispatched.
• If a winner provides incorrect shipping details, a replacement prize will not be issued.

8. Publicity & Personal Data

By entering, you agree that Eryn may use your Instagram username for announcing the winners. Personal data will only be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. General Conditions

•  We reserve the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the Competition if unforeseen circumstances arise.

• Any entries deemed fraudulent, inappropriate, or in violation of Instagram's policies will be disqualified.

•  This Competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Instagram. By entering, you release Instagram from any liability.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
