RETURNS & REFUNDS

We do hope you’re happy with your order but in the case you change your mind, we are able to offer you a refund once the order has been returned to us.

TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR A REFUND, YOUR ITEM MUST BE UNUSED, UNOPENED AND IN THE SAME CONDITION AS YOU RECEIVED IT. THE ITEM MUST ALSO BE IN THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING, WHICH MUST NOT BE USED AS THE OUTER PACKAGING FOR YOUR MAILING PURPOSES.

To issue a return please email info@erynfragrances.com within 14 days of receiving your item(s). Please mark your email as 'RETURN' in the subject line and don't forget to include your order number. We will get back to you within 48 hours and provide you with the relevant information on how to process your return.

Once your return arrives back to us and is compliant with an acceptable return we will issue a refund within 7 days. Please note it may take a few days for your refund to appear on your bank statement once the refund has been processed by us.

This does not affect your usual consumer rights, including your right to claim a refund, replacement, repair and/or compensation where the goods are faulty or misdescribed. The cost of returning any item is at the Customer's own expense.

Items that are returned to us but that appear used or damaged upon inspection are not eligible for a return and we reserve the right to reject any such returns.

We reserve the right to reject any returns/exchanges that do not comply with the conditions outlined in this returns policy. If your package is not accepted, we will send you a notification via email, you then have the option to have the item sent back to you at your expense and a refund will not be granted.

You, the customer, is responsible for any shipping costs incurred for returning an item and we do not refund any shipping costs incurred as part of sending the item to you or when accepting a return. We also do not refund any customs, taxes duties or handling fees incurred as part of sending the item to you or when accepting a return.

We recommend that you return items via registered mail so that you have proof of dispatch in case the item is lost. Please ensure you have sufficient insurance cover especially when returning valuable products. We cannot accept responsibility for goods lost or damaged in transit.

RETURNING A DAMAGED ITEM

In the rare event that your item has arrived damaged or faulty, we’re very sorry to hear this and do apologise for the inconvenience. We inspect each item before sending it to you and take quality control very seriously. To arrange a return of a damaged item please email us within 48 hours of receiving your item(s) at info@erynfragrances.com. Please mark your email as DAMAGED in the subject line and don't forget to include your order number.

In your email please state how the product is damaged and include a photo. Our standard Returns Policy is 14 days from receiving your item.

Please note you will be liable to pay the shipping cost for returning your item, this cost will be reimbursed to you along with the cost of the product within 7 days of receiving the item.
